Our service consists of 3 parts - Basic care, Special care, and Move-in.
Basic care is cleaning the house that you are currently living in. It relatively takes less time and is cheaper than move-in cleaning. The cleaning coverage areas are bedrooms/ bathrooms/living room/kitchen/and inside the house. But windows & frames/ inside the wardrobe & closets are not included in the cleaning area.
Move-in cleaning is cleaning the empty house before you move-in, or when your house has been renovated or hasn't been occupied for a long time. It relatively takes a longer time and the price will be more expensive than general cleaning. The cleaning coverage areas are bedrooms/bathrooms/living room/ kitchen/and inside the house. Also, windows & frames/ inside the wardrobe & closets (empty ones) are included in the cleaning area.
Special care is a more specialized service only for the customer who wants to do a deep cleaning for some areas. There are many options for the customers include bathroom deep cleaning/kitchen deep cleaning/ bed & sofa & mattress cleaning/ironing/windows & frames cleaning/balcony cleaning/refrigerator cleaning/ceiling cleaning/tidy up. For our regular customer (subscriber), you can use 1 special cleaning service free for each service day.
Basic care service is the service for the customer who already lives their place. Although it’s spelling is “Basic”, the service is based on OKHOME standard so it will include a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and other parts like master room, storage area, and housemaid room & toilet. Still, some area like windows & frames and balcony is not included in this basic care package, because it will take too much time if we include every part of the house. If you want to add some area to be cleaned, you can add special care cleaning or try our hourly based service. If the tenant your house is empty for a long time, after renovation, tenant changing, etc. we could provide move-in cleaning according to our principle.
Since the SOP of basic care service is only on a minimum basis, you can add some additional services for the area which is out of our basic care scope. It needs additional time & additional payment from the customer for each package, except our regular customer (subscriber). If you are a subscriber, you can use 1 free special care for each service time. Here are some additional you can pick from our special care service:
1. Kitchen deep cleaning
Although the kitchen part is already included in our basic service area, we recommend using a deep cleaning service package if the kitchen condition is bad, full of grease and oil stains. With this package, we will additionally clean inside the gas range hood, kitchen wall cleaning (besides gas range), inside the sink and kitchen drawer (but for the cupboard, please take care of our consultants not to break your dishes) with details.
2. Bathroom deep cleaning
Although the bathroom part is already included in our basic service area, we recommend using a deep cleaning service package if the bathroom condition is bad, full of scales & water stains. With this package, we will additionally clean the shower booth and faucet & showerheads with the abrasives.
3. Ceiling cleaning (only for the move-in cleaning)
If your ceiling type is well type, there may be a lot of dust & trashes around the lighting part. If you need it, we can clean inside but please prepare the ladder.
4. Balcony (only for the general cleaning, for move-in cleaning it's already included)
Although the balcony cleaning is not included in the basic service area, we can also clean the balcony part if the customer wants. Please prepare the bucket.
5. Windows (only for the general cleaning, for move-in cleaning it's already included)
Although the balcony cleaning is not included in the basic service area, we can also clean the windows and frames if the customer wants.
6. Mattress / sofa / carpet
If you want to clean the mattress or sofa (exclude the leather one), and carpet, we can provide the special cleaning with alcohol & UV disinfection using special mattress cleaner, RAYCOP. If you need this service, please let us know in advance (at least 1 day before the service day) for the preparation.
For the cleaning inside the fridge, we only use water, kitchen sponge, and dishcloth without detergent because of health issues. It includes food arrangement, plastic part cleaning, and washing. If possible, please dispose the spoiled food before the service. If the fridge is empty, the price will be half from the regular price.
Our consultant can do the ironing if you prepare the iron and stand. Please notice that we cannot take responsibility for the damages during the ironing, so we gently recommend you not to give vulnerable clothes (ex. silk) to our consultant. (if it's less than 5 pcs, there will be no additional charge)
9. Tidy up
We can also help to tidy up the customer’s belongings, like inside their wardrobe. Not like other special care services, we cannot make an estimation because it’s quite different for the type & amount of belongings. (That’s why we don’t provide tidy up option in our app) If there is any customer who wants the tidy up service, you can chat with our Customer Service through email at email@example.com or chat with us on our website at okhome.id or OKHOME mobile app.
Move-in cleaning is cleaning the empty house before the customer move to the new house or after their home renovated or remodeled (If your home was empty more than 1 month, we also recommend you to use move-in cleaning). It relatively takes a longer time and is more expensive than general cleaning. The cleaning coverage areas are bedrooms/bathrooms/living room/kitchen/and inside the house. Also windows & frames/inside the wardrobe & closets are included in the cleaning area (only if your wardrobe & closet and drawers are empty. We cannot clean inside of the house if it’s already filled with the customer’s belonging because of safety issue)
Based on our experience, If the handyman (tukang) visits while we are working, the cleaning service cannot be continued anymore. So we are suggesting you arrange the schedule after the handyman/tukang finish their job before the move-in cleaning service. And usually, it will better 1-2 days before you move-in, with empty house conditions. If the customer’s luggage already comes, the service hour will take a longer time because our time table is based on the empty house condition.
Consultant SOP will be the same as basic care + windows package + balcony package. The only addition is cleaning inside the customer’s empty drawers & wardrobes and closets.
Hourly based service
Basically, we provide cleaning service for the entire area with a fixed price like basic care/special care or move-in. But you can also use our service with an hourly base with minimal 3 hours if you need it. We can also clean only some parts of your place based on the customer’s request, with an hourly price rate. Actually, the hourly service price based on their working hour is the same as another service package (basic care, special care, or move-in) so there will be no difference or problem.
Of course, we charge only for the actual service hour (lunch break, praying time will not be included), but the minimum service hour is 3 hours because our consultant needs at least 3 hours of working time per day for their living. Customers can ask whatever they want (although it’s special care) but we need to ask their confirmation whether you need a vacuum mattress package since we need to prepare in advance.
No tool service
Although we bring all of our cleaning tools, some customers want to use their own cleaning tools. In that case we can provide the customer “No Tool” service (in our app, it’s already available). If the customer orders no tool service, our consultant will not bring their tools at all, and all of the cleaning tools should be provided from the customer and we don’t take any responsibilities about the cleaning tools. (Our consultant will not bring anything). These are the tools that we usually use and need for cleaning:
- Vacuum cleaner
- Towels & floorclothes
- Brush (floor & toilet)
Since the customer provides the cleaning tools, the service price will be a bit lower than 'with tool' option. And the SOP & work scope is same as 'with tool' option. Since we don’t bring our cleaning tools, only few special cares below are available with no tool option. (other special care is not available with no tool option)
